Micheal Cardaronella, LMSW, deeply believes in the power of therapy and what becomes possible when people have a safe space to speak openly, ask difficult questions, and discover answers they may not have found on their own. Her approach is trauma-informed, personal, positive and collaborative.
Before becoming a therapist, Micheal spent nearly two decades on the frontlines of law enforcement, where she learned firsthand that everyone needs support at times-whether in their careers, marriages, families, or everyday life. Her journey into behavioral health began through peer support for first responders, giving her a deep understanding of trauma, occupational stress, grief, relationship challenges and the personal toll that can accompany caring for and serving others.
Micheal earned her master of social work from Winthrop university and is a Licensed master social worker. Beyond her professional experience and credentials, her goal is simple: to meet clients where they are, listen without judgement, and walk alongside them as they work toward healing, personal growth and meaningful change.
